Litter Keeper

I had a regular trashcan but odors kept escaping but the Modcat unit is amazing. I only replace the bag every 4/5 days and I have 2 massive cats. I have the XL litterbox and the trashcan; Modcat gear is really well designed and their after sales is second to none!!!

This does the job fine and keeps the stink away. This allows me to keep the litter box in my office and i can't even tell it's in there. It also accepts regular grocery bags if you're ok with less sturdy bags than the Modkat ones.

It lost 1 star because the flap for the sealing mechanism keeps falling out, it doesn't take too much effort to reseat the spring though.

A simple solution to a stinky situation that makes keeping the litter box clean at all times. Have enjoyed the convenience of using it so far.

Good Design and contains the smell

Love having the litter keeper to help make it easy to clean the box frequently! My only gripe is that the trap door frequently comes off it’s little hinge inside and needs to be re-installed and clicked into place by hand - which is icky when it falls into a week’s worth of cat turds! Still, a handy little device and I would buy it again.
